This vehicle carries a Florida NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE title, issued 08/22/2025 and reissued 01/12/2026. Under the Federal Odometer Act, that brand means a seller certified that the odometer reading does not reflect the vehicle's actual mileage — because the odometer was tampered with, broken, or replaced, or because the true mileage is simply unknown. The brand is permanent. It stays with this VIN for the life of the car, it reduces what the vehicle is worth, and it will reduce what you can sell it for later. CARFAX also flags that this vehicle does not qualify for the CARFAX Buyback Guarantee, and CARFAX calculated remaining warranty on elapsed time alone rather than mileage because of it.

Draw your own conclusion. Ours is that the 40,000 looks like a data-entry error and the brand followed from the resulting discrepancy.
